“Let Your Voice Be Heard — Together We Can.”

Art Williams has spent a lifetime rooted in the people and places of Colleton County. His record reflects deep public service, faith and family at the center, and a long-standing commitment to the neighbors who call Eastern District 23 home.
Public records show that Art previously served on Colleton County Council, where he was sworn in during January 2019.
